Jul 16, 2013 · Grand Incentives has had my money for 9 months now. That is beyond ridiculous. My refund check could have been chiseled in stone in this amount of time. I have reached my level of patience with this whole thing. Grand Incentives is a scam company who should not be in operation. I finally got my refund back after 9 months and several phone calls.
