Oct 29, 2013 · Never buy a vehicle from Grayson BMW. We bought a used BMW in Feb 2007, it is now Aug 2008 and we have had the vehicle in the shop 5 times now. We have spent over 3,000 to have this car's many problems fixed. We average it being in the shop about every 3 months. We have taken it back to Grayson all of those times except 1.

I chose to service my new BMW at Grayson because I bought the vehicle there, and I serviced my prior BMW (the one I traded for the new one) at Grayson.
