Greentree Mortgage hires vendors to conduct appraisals. The vendors a business hires reflects on the business itself. I used Greentree mortgage for my original purchase. During the time between my closing and the current refinance, I put over $30,000 worth of upgrade into the property. For the refinance, the first appraiser was rude and inconsiderate.3/5(6)

Sep 19, 2006 · This is to inform everyone to stay away from green tree mortgage company. My wife and I purchased a double wide mobile home in 2000. It was new and our financing went through Green Point credit, they were nice enough but then sold our loan to Green Point Credit.
