The property is very nice and safe. Maintenance is always quick about fixing problems and we’ve never had issues with pests. My only complaint is the added fees. There is a 350$ amenity fee yearly for the pool, tennis courts, fire pit and gym. Unfortunately access to these amenities is usually limited.7.2/10(1.3K)
