Jul 25, 2014 · GroupWise GroupWise , located in PA and with several different, variously named sub-entities, has actually been around for quite some time. They are a PCC (Post Card Company), but not a "scam", per se. They get PoA (Power of Attorney) from a timeshare owner to dispose of unwanted timeshares and they often successfully do so.
