I am extremely unhappy with the service provided my guardsman. After paying for the furniture protection plan when they claimed excellent service, I am completely disappointed with this company. Customer service is terrible and the company doesn't do anything to serve its customers who have purchased its protection plan. It is a scam.

I bought a Guardsman Elite 5 Year Furniture Protection Plan when I bought a duo recliner sofa and a rocker recliner from La-Z-Boy in January 2010. I received a brochure about the protection plan from La-Z-Boy, but I never received a policy from Guardsman.
