An absolutely shocking company. I took out a subscription with Hachette Partworks in 2015. All was fine until I changed my bank details in August 2016. I was advised that all of my Direct Debits had successfully migrated from my old account to the new. However, Hachette, in all of their infinite wisdom, were not aware of this.
