Halifax's answer to the problem was the option to take a high-interest load quoted from Halifax ( not the 3.5% they advertise). To sum up, stay clear of this bank they are unethical and do not care about their customers. Their complaints procedure is an utter joke with zero answers to any of the concern you may go to the trouble to raise.
