I put in a bad review before when problems began to occur. I was contacted by phone by a man representing Hansons He was rude and told me that people like myself complain about everything. This is going to be a long one, but after reading many of the experiences with 1-800-Hansons (and now having my own, personal experience with them), I had to share. James Hoffer was the sales person who came to give me my quote, but turns out he was just there to give me the 1-800-Hansons sales pitch.

Jan 29, 2014 · Mind you, the old roof that was "in desperate need of replacement" according to the Hansons salesman didn't leak. I was also told that I can expect this to happen when I live in an environment with snow and ice. Apparently, Hansons roofing isn't able to handle snow and ice. I wish the saleman would have told me this up front.

Overall, Hansons is a great company to work with/for. The culture that is set is positive and encouraging from the day you’re hired. Managers thoroughly care about employees. Only reason I'm looking for a career change is because the work slows down significantly in the winter.3.1/5(39)
