Jan 19, 2016 · It is interesting to see the post on this site as to how bad Harbortouch Pos program is, Yet as of Sept 2012 I have placed free nearly 75 Pos System to customers who love the fact that they can move into the benefits of a POS system with out the huge upfront cost, Plus we have been able to lower the CC processing rates nearly every time.

Then I bought into the Harbortouch deal, thinking that they were representing themselves fairly. I have rarely been so wrong about anything. After fulfilling my three year obligation, they have automatically unilaterally extended my contract three years for processing and 2 years for the POS system, (or the other way around, who cares which?)

harbortouch has the worst service, never answer phone calls, left many messages, but never got a call back. im angry in going to disconect al my pos system and mail it back to them. i can not wait on the phone for hours and at the end not even be able to speak to someone. fuck them.
