Terribly poor customer services who don’t bother to read messages and simply send stock responses along with threats. I did nothing wrong. I followed THEIR procedure and still they want more money off me. I would strongly advise anyone even thinking of joining Xercise4Less or anyone else in Harlands group to avoid like the plague.

Agree with all comments below regards to the customer service. Will never buy anything with harlands group or Exercise4less name on it for that matter again. Recently cancelled my direct debit because moved out of the area and joined another gym. 3 month later got a email from debt collectors say I owe 210£ for not cancelling my membership.

Harlands Direct Debit and Refunds. Harlands operate the direct debit service for Active nation and take my daughters swimming lesson fee out on the 1st of everymonth , as she has 1-1 lessons this costs £88 per month which I do not mind as her swim teacher is brilliant but Harlands are the worst service providers ever as they take a month or more to refund cancelled lessons from Active nation .

Oct 31, 2015 · The £25 admin fee is almost certainly allowed for in the contract. However that does not mean it is fair and given it is likely to vastly exceed Harlands costs it may well qualify as a penalty - if that is the case it is not lawful because there is no such concept in civil contracts.
