Complaint / review text: I was served a summons that I was being sued by Harris and Zide about two weeks ago for 8900, for my bank of america credit card. Mind you, the balance on the card was only 5000. They did even contact me to see if we could work out a payment arrangement. They tacked on lawyers fees to the balance owed.
