Avoid harveys at all costs. We bought a sofa that on delivery we noticed one of the arms felt different. It seemed ok though so we didnt claim. 1 year later.. a line started to appear in the cover near the imperfect arm. We called harveys.. who i should note, always make you wait for hours on the phone.. and they told us to get it inspected.1.6/5(1.4K)

Very poor. Had a confirmation off delivery date 2 days prior so I got rid of my sofa the day before my new sofa was meant to be delivered!. And.guess what no delivery! No new delivery date just being fobbed off. And being told I would get calls back and heard nothing. So left with no sofa and have kids and I have just come out from a operation.
