When we opened the door to the caravan, everywhere was spotless, I had no complaints regarding the cleanliness. However, I was disappointed with the interior. It looked nothing like the pictures on the haven website.

We are going tomorrow to buy a caravan we viewed last weekend. We have heard a lot of bad reviews about buying form "owners exclusive" Does anyone have any experience in this field or have a caravan on a haven site that can give us a little reassurance before we part with £17k.
