My complaints now, after 2 years, are, this is still a developing site and I am not happy with so much site traffic up and down my road. After rain there is still a lot of mud, I wasn't prepared for that. Also, the garage has only one layer of brick and this lets in rain. Linden homes would not rainproof this for me.

Hazelvine decided to replace the keypad gate to a remote fob system - they "consulted" us at a meeting they didn't tell anyone about and, as no one turned up, they went ahead with their plans to replace the gate at a cost of £250 per resident. The fobs they sent us didn't work for months and months, so the secure gates were jammed open.

This Nicholas guy refuses to even acknowledge the complaint, even going as far as saying what we complained about can not be taken as the truth? Making 14 services immune to any of the complaints.
