I had origianlly purchased a product from the company Hearthsong and my credit card was charged. A week later it was refunded, with not notice from the company as to why. This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. The rep told me the item was backordered but would stil be delivered by Christmas. I later found the item on their website on sale.
