Jun 03, 2010 · I will also be going to the Better Business Bureau about Heartland Regional Power Company. I understand getting billed for water, trash, etc, but I think the $10 admin fee is excessive. But really the reason I am upset is because they are charging me a $20 late fee for being $.60 short on a bill.

Dec 05, 2008 · I contacted Heartland Regional Power one lady answer the call that admin fee is their compnay policy they can't do anything about it. I said the previous company also used to generate bill never asked for $9.99 admin fee to do that. As well other utility billing company or comcast or verizon etc. never charges any admin fee to generate bill.

My mother went to Heartland of Centerville after she fell. She didn't want to go anywhere but home but we couldn't take care of her with her fractured leg. The staff at Heartland were amazing. They worked with Mom, made sure she got to activities and food she enjoyed (but the pretzels were the best she said). The therapy staff was the best of all.3/5(20)
