Jul 31, 2013 · Yesterday I found out from my solicitor that the house I intend to buy has a series of restrictive covenants, most of which are pretty routine stuff, however there is also a yearly management charge (currently around £100) that is payable to a company responsible for 'managing' the common areas of the estate.

HML Group are cowboys! HML are sire management of my housing development and their service and customer communication is criminally awful! They have failed to agree to their contractual obligation for over 3 years and recently had the audacity to send residents a deficit bill 10 days before Christmas. The deficit was due to their miscalculations!!!
