My holiday to Cuba was totally ruined when I was food poisoned on a Thomas Cook holiday. I was bed bound, had numerous injections in buttocks and terrible customer service! Then when I returned home Thomas Cook offered me £70 and would not in any circumstances increase that. I was disgusted and never took a penny as I am a man of morals.

Thomas Cook are a big company and have influence over the tour operators they do business with. After all I booked the Holiday in a Thomas Cook High street store, I paid Thomas Cook, I discussed with them what I wanted, they presented the brochures to me and I agreed what was required with them.
