Nov 14, 2019 · Review: Holtzman Propane quoted a fixed price for the installation of propane lines at my house. After the work was completed they charged extra fees. I find this practice deceitful and inequitable. Holtzman Propane quoted $450 for the first appliance to be installed, the water heater.
