Since the loan was denied, Richmond American Home offer another Mortgage company. I requested that Bruce forward our loan package provided to Home American Mortgage to the Secondary Mortgage Company suggested by Richmond American Home. Unfortunately, Bruce did not have the common courtesy to forward our loan package to the other mortgage.

My experience with American Mortgage Service company (AMSC) went from bad to worse. I was doing a more complicated loan - a HomeStyle (a mortgage that includes home renovation funds - that is done through Fannie Mae).
