Mar 04, 2013 · Basically they give you a line of credit that can only be used with certain vendors that do home improvement stuff and then you also get an actual visa card that you can use anywhere with a seperate line. The biggest problem with this account is they gave me a credit line of $9500 of which $1200 is for the Visa card.

For one thing, because of too many people mistaking (or vendorsnot coding the transaction right) whether a charge was going on as a home project with special time repayment plan or as a regular credit card charge, evidently it cannot now be used as a Visa card - ONLY as a Home Project transaction.
