HomeAway had AMAZING customer service during the daytime. In the evening it switched to a 3rd party. Now it's that 3rd party all the time for 24 hours, No knowledge and NO compassion. I had an issue with a guest pre-stay - no help basically almost laughing at me, refused to let me talk to a supervisor.
