Nov 03, 2017 · Having looked at many different kitchen retailers, we chose Homebase as their prices couldn't be beaten and we were on a tight budget. We ordered through the Tunbridge Wells store and the service could not have been better. There was a problem with delivery which meant we had to pay our builders to put the carcasses together, but we got a refund for this from the store.4/5

Following trust pilot reply I rang Homebase customer service, Homebase promised to settle the dispute last week and ring me back. Homebase have failed to ring back or settle the dispute they still hold almost £5000 of my money and I have been without a kitchen and laundry facilities for over six months. Do not trust Homebase.

It was delivered and fitted in may 2017. By august 2019 the kitchen doors, some end panels, and cornicing had gone from bright white to Ivory. The kick boards, some end panels were still bright white. Contacted Homebase customer service and they sent an independent inspector “Fira” to come and inspect my kitchen and utility room, in January 2020.
