Jan 31, 2006 · As it says in another post, Homebuy Direct recently acquired telebank, the accounts are messed up, and the board of "directors" have decided to now try and sort it, but they have came to the conclusion that, when they finally sort accounts, the telebank customer will be well out of pocket as they do not have accurate figures at all.

The model doesn't work yet... they promisse the moon and then you are pretty much left to do everything on your own, there's no direct contact, only a generic number nobody answers, your realtor calls you only when convenient, s/he is not in the area, usually busy with 1000 other listings...
