Apr 11, 2012 · Order has not been shipped. I placed an order with homeclick on 8/21/13 for a zephyr Modena hood to be delivered on or before 9/4. I still do not have my hood I have called customer service 3 times. the first time i was told the hood would be shipped last week, yesterdays call I was told an email would be sent to the person that handles appliances to find out the problem.
