Apr 11, 2010 · I think it's all positive. It would be great if it was developed like Subiaco or East Perth. It will be great to get rid of all the old pokey Homeswest homes. Ashfield Parade and Hardy Road is looking pretty good already, The higher densities will be closer to Guildford road. It would be great to have a cafe strip, and new Train Station.
