It was an overall easy booking process, which after completion I remembered to check on trustpilot to see the Hotelopia's rating, to my surprise there was alot of complaints, this led me to call the hotel and confirm that the booking was indeed placed. The money was charged from my credit card as stated as part of the booking agreement.

Even though i had never heard of Hotelopia, i still took up the offer straight away, i got it 1/3 of the price anywhere else was asking!
