Complete scam. Had a £250 voucher which was used to book a 3 night stay. Arrived at the hotel to find that the booking had been cancelled by hotel voucher shop a week earlier, without notifying me. Phoning them is completely useless as they fob you off like they have no idea what you're talking about.

I would try and find other review sites though, as most people will complain rather than praise, to be honest though, I do find those kind of vouchers restrictive and as they are only a booking agent they can charge more or less what they want.
