Sep 01, 2009 · Ebay has a good explanation for buyers about shipping times that are acceptable etc. and how long to wait before you lodge a complaint. It's all on the Ebay site. I will tell you that 3 days is a really short time. Lots of sellers only ship once a week so you might not get the item for 7 to 10 days. That's actually about normal.
