Stubhub website did not catch the mistake and charged me 40% of the ticket price($420)- although there were enough similar priced tickets available for them to replace my tickets for the same price. This is unethical business practice and Stubhub should be liable for the damages and not the seller.

We sold hockey tickets on Stubhub and apparently the downloaded file needed to be in a PDF format so instead of contacting us to rectify it we were penalized $423. We contacted Stubhub and they said we agreed to this when we listed the tickets. We had a PDF but when we listed the tickets it prompted for a scan so we thought we were doing it right.
