Complaint / review text: I applied for a secured Mastercard from Orchard Bank, a subsidiary of HSBC. On December 30 they wrote me thanking me for opening my card, on January 4 my deposit check cleared my bank, and on January 6 they generated a computer notice that I was being denied due to "a serious delinquency on at least one other account".
