If Huntington Bank refuses to help customers with Zelle transfers that turn into scams (yes, sometimes people you know and trust don't turn out to be honest), why don't they address this in their Security section of their website. In reviewing complaints against them, this seems to be a big one, yet they do nothing to make the consumer aware.

Oct 03, 2013 · I would have thought that Huntington Bank's new CEO, Stephen Steinour, would be making changes for the better. However, I see that Huntington Bank and Jackie Yochus are still allowing fraudulent loans to exist. I don't think that Huntington Bank ever verified the information submitted by Bernard Brooks at Stonebriar Chevy.
