Sep 07, 2011 · I have a new construction home (move-in July 1st) with a 6-ton capacity Hydro-Temp geothermal heat pump that also heats the water for the home and the hydronic system for the ground floor. This is a 4900 square foot house with 8 wells each 180 feet deep. One of the compressors failed about 3 weeks after move-in.

Mar 28, 2011 · Recently I have noticed that during the rinse cycle the drum travels from side to side, and I believe that the drum touches the outside wall of the washer. This results in noise and shaking during the rinse cycles. During the spin cycle the drum does not travel side to side. What might be wrong? what exactly should I look for? and is it fixable?
