Yes what the company does is 'legal' There is no law against selling your FF miles. It is however against the rules of every FF program I have ever been a member of (and that is a long list) for the account owner (me) to accept reimbursement for FF tickets.

I do not know this company, but predicated on the above comments, IF they are a mileage broker, I would not use them, unless they paid me, as there is a great likelihood, that the airline would cancel the ticket, leaving one to either not travel, or to pay walk-up prices.. Good luck, and great that you are asking before getting to an airport, to end up with a cancelled ticket.

How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from the rest. Consumers love to do business with someone that can admit mistakes and state how they made improvements.
