IBSN tax consultants are fraud. I also got a notice in 2013. Idiot guys took extra money for security to provide support is any audit happens. Did not provide any support and no one replied to my email or no one picked up my call. They become live during February to April every year to cheat people. Now they started cheating business with other names.

Feb 23, 2012 · IBSN has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I filed my taxes with this company couple of years ago and the service was so horrible that I never filed my taxes after that. The only thing they cared about was money at that time. Once I paid the money, they never cared about my requests.

As per our phone conversation, I canceled IBSN to e-file my tax return for 2010 because of the differences in the Tax summary amount and actual tax return amount. Till the time you don;t pay tax fee you can receive 2-3 call a day from customer care/IBNS. but once fee is paid and now you have any query on tax return file or need any information believe me guys you will keep on doing follow-up without any response from them.

IRS Audited my returns in 2011 and i had to pay a lot of money due to the customizations IBSN did to my return. As a responsible Tax Service agency, they suppose to tell the clients/customers what can be claimed and what cannot be cliamed. But for IBSN they just need to make money and you face all the IRS issues later.

SK, for sure, I have not grown tax practice with greed or to overcharge customers.. The average fees of iBSN is $225 which is way below the national average published by IRS for the planning scope we endorse. It is not the greed or the lack of knowledge that killed IBSN but it is the pathetic service levels.

I work for wipro and i have mailed all my friends in US and those who returned from US to stop using IBSN as they are only keen in collecting the taxation fee and not ready to provide any service. Who ever reading this, pls. stay away from IBSN. you can get any other tax provider who can really help you.

IBSN is #1 fraud company... they will be after you till you pay the fee and afterwords, they won't respond to your emails and their phone numbers will be disabled after tax period.. I was told that I will get certain returns and after fee payment, they generated the filing doc with very low returns. when I asked them they said that if I opt for some savings then I will get the amount they said first time.
