I raised a complaint against a member of the ICAEW who is the managing partner and who controls the LLP. The complaint was made in February 2018. A response was only received mid May 2018 and all queries were answered.

everything is a struggle because there is a very strong us vs them culture that exists between different teams in all the offices. it even exists between different departments. also, if you are not a staff member who is qualified with ICAEW, you get no respect and they will always second guess you and try to show that you don't know what you're doing.1/5

I have recently raised a complaint against an Accountant registered with the ICAEW in the hope that our complaint would be assessed fairly. Unfortunately, in my opinion the Case Manager allocated was extremely unhelpful and dismissed our complaint without justification. To me this did not feel impartial and was a complete waste of time.
