The complaint implies that IDCSERVCO called the consumer to solicit the order; in fact, we do not employ sales personnel and we have never solicited any order. The complaint states that our return policy says the consumer "...can only return the item within 3 days of receipt,” but that the invoice is sent well after 3 days.

Well even if I believe that, which I don’t, then after nearly 800 complaints to the BBB about IDCSERVCO you see they are knowingly and actively working with the “Telemarketer scammers” Then there is the history of IDC SERVCO.
