Insight Communications keeps charging extra monthly fees to my account EVERY month. In July, 2010, I was told by a Supervisor that as long as I kept paying my bill by the 9th of the month, even being 1 month behind, I would never have an interruption of my broadband service.

Sep 09, 2010 · I have been a customer with Insight Communications for years, I have experienced issues with them for quit some time and seem to be stuck with them unless I get Satellite because of this anarchy they having going on to where if one cable company is the main provider in the area, another cable company can't service that area.
