I was told I could get a refund within the first 30 days & stop any further charges upon cancellation.

@Rich DiBiase It's unfortunate you had to experience this, but to be fair this coach values his time at $100 dollars for 20 minutes. During those 20 minutes he provided a path to purchasing a property with zero down for you. In real estate there are no "secrets" it takes time, patience, and consistency to learn the required skills.

When sent an email for assistance to my "mentor" I didnt get any help. When I requested an refund I was turndown therefore I filed a complaint with BBB. Since this business is friends with employers at BBB they are able to keep an A rating. BBB dont read the complaints they just closed the case. Here is an email Intellibiz sent me:
