If you are thinking of changing providers, DO NOT use this company. They sell their services well before you sign up but after that the rep won’t return phone calls or emails. They are not helpful once you are in contract. We signed a 2 year contract, after they tried to change it from a 24 month one to 48!!

Independent Merchant Services. Any problems and Roger Milne is either immediately available or never fails to call back. Independent Merchant Services took the hassle out of finding a new merchant card supplier.
