Aug 14, 2017 · The feedback from Intercape is unprofessional as they closed the complaint within an hour of first reporting the matter based on the fact that they can't find the hand luggage and they refuse to be of any further assistance in the investigation. The service in their complaints department is unacceptable and unprofessional.
