Jul 16, 2016 · Later that day ( 7-15-16 ) I had to go to doctor, on freeway, I check my email and there was a note, from KIM'S FLORIST it just said money refunded! Not how much, not sorry NO NOTHING! I saw some other complaints about this company and these people said just because they say they refunded your money doesn't mean they did!
