Couldn't get the order right. purchased a dozen red roses and bouquet of I love you balloons for valentines day. The roses arrived on time with 1 balloon so I had to complain by email as the phone lines were too busy to take my call and the bouquet of balloons were delivered a day later which made my fiancee embarrassed at work with them being a day later.
