International Shipping. I shipped internationally. Parcel Monkey contracted with FedEx. I dropped my packages at FedEx and FedEx shipped. Highly recommend. If you ship internationally, be sure to document carefully and keep a record of everything so that customs (in the destination country) does not hold your package up or send it back.

I shipped a painting to a customer in London in April 2018 using International Parcel Services. They sent the painting via FEDEX tracking number 780612283178. The painting shortly after went missing and was never found. I soon found out that I could not file a claim, even though I was the actual sender, that only IPS could file a claim.
