Jan 21, 2015 · I purchased a used 2010 Ford Flex from Hacketstown Hyundai on October 1 2012. I don't usually purchase extended warranties, but decided to do so as the car had 33,000 miles on it. The warranty was an extended warranty to 100,000 miles. The dealer sold it to me with bad brakes which I had to replace the first 2 weeks I owned the car.

This company, is so imcompetent, that it took four faxes 7 phone calls and multiple emails, over 5 week period, and now it will take an additional 14 to 21 days to get our refund.
