Hi all, sorry to start yet another thread about this wretched thing to an already crowded forum, but I feel this is worth your time. NETZIZE has been charging my mobile service provider, Telstra who in turn has added this charge to my bill for ringtones via the service provider Jamster. Jamster has used my mobile number to send SMS messages advertising their ring tones which their say gives them the right to charge TELSTRA. I was not aware of any subcription made but Jamster insists that this was made via my mobile / number.

They are the one who affects the charges, then they in return will pay us for whatever services have been ordered from us, which is why we cannot reverse the charge off of their database. Jamster and Sprint are two different companies, and uses two different database. We can only offer you a refund check, Bob.

I had been billed $35 from my preapid balance within about 4 days. They must have very quick weeks in Jamster land. Pricks. I opted out with an sms reply "stop", but the fraud had already been done.
