My only complaints are two points: One, a minor design issue, but the front of my Jambox is ever so slightly detattched on the upper-left corner from the molding on the side. It's a very small defect, and doesn't effect anything -- but still, for an appliance at this cost it there should be more quality control.4.1/5(2.3K)

At last Jawbone support contacted me few months ago but I was told that my "eligibility window for my tracker to be replaced had passed". But, again. I opened my first ticket using Jawbone support page on July 20th, 2016, 1 month before warranty eligibility window expiration. And the final letter from support (September 19 2017):

Jawbone Up24 and Up2. Appalling customer service and non-existent response to broken and faulty product within three months of being replaced. I originally purchased a Jawbone Up24 which was replaced when it stopped working at under one year.
