Jayco has changed and not for the better IMHO! My wife and I have owned 4 Jayco travel trailers over the years and have had great experiences with all of them. All of them were purchased prior to Thor purchasing Jayco. Our most recent purchase a 2020 32RL White Hawk has had 20 issues and we haven’t even used it yet!

Side wall developed stress cracks its been in shop since Jan 23 2019 picked it up in Atlanta GA May the 3rd pulled it to Bennetsville SC it had the side wall had cracks to develop in it again so we carried it back May the 5th to Atlanta that's where it is today June 28 2019. So look any Jayco trailer over real good before you buy one.

I believe that all new RVs come from the factory with issues, so the key is a great dealer service department! Now that all problems have been resolved, this RV is solid and performs well. I would buy another Jayco, but would buy a used model that could prove regular maintenance and all warranty work complete. Like ours! -3.8/5(41)

Feb 16, 2013 · Ring Jayco head office in Melbourne. I had some issues and spoke to a guy called Chris Robinson (I think) in the service department or customer service. He was fantastic. Sorted it all out and instructed the dealer I had a problem with to fix the issue.
