Wish I could give 0 stars. JCPENNEY is horrible. They decreased my card limit out the blue which made my credit score drop over 80 points. My credit usage has always remained low so I don't know their reasoning behind this. Although I think this is a temporary hit to my credit I will never use my card again let alone ever shop at JCPENNEY again.
